On-Site (Housecall) Services

Most of our services are available on-site as well as in our shop. Our technicians carry all the diagnostic tools and parts they need to troubleshoot and repair your system in the convenience of your home or office.

Our technicians thoroughly document every step of your service. During the course of your service we transcribe step-by-step notes into a file that is transmitted to our office for your permanent record. It is then printed out for your records when we are finished. A copy remains on your computer for future reference, should we need to service the same computer again. This ensures consistency and provides you with thorough information regarding the exact nature of the problem and resolution.
