When we come to you, you're paying for a minimum of an hour and we need to find space in our schedule -- and yours to accomodate our travel time as well as the on-site time to solve your computer problems.

Bringing your computer to us, while less expensive than on-site (housecall) service, requires you to disconnect your computer, be without it for several days and then you need to pick it up,
bring it back to your location, reconnect it and get your Internet connection reconfigured.

You probably put off fixing minor aggravating problems for extended periods of time to avoid either of these scenarios. It's not unusual for us to have customers call us only after accumulating enough problems to justify either a) disconnecting everything and bringing the computer in -- or b) having us come out for our customary 1-hr minimum charge.

Why suffer with inconvenience, or worse yet, wait until a minor problem becomes a major pain in the neck? We can resolve many computer problems while remotely connected to your computer as easily as we can when we're actually at your site. By subscribing to our Remote Service Program you avoid both of these scenarios, save money and get those minor, yet annoying problems taken care of before they become major problems.

How does it work?

There is an annual subscription fee of $40 per computer. to setup your account and keep it active. Once your account is setup, you may contact us by phone or email to setup a Remote Service Session, for which you will be invoiced in 1/2 hr increments to solve your computer problems without
the hassle of bringing your computer into the shop -- or the expense of our 1-hr on-site minimum
(plus trip charges in many instances).

By submitting this form you agree to an annual $40.00 per computer subscription fee. You agree to pay for the actual computer time required to solve your problems by Remote Connection in 1/2 hr increments with a 1/2 hr minimum per session, per computer. Payment is made at the end of each Remote Access Session.
